Paperstone Rainscreen Cladding is a FSC- Certified sustainable composite cladding product. The panels deflect the rain and the ventilated cavity carries away any moisture. With air circulation, the air cavity between the building structure and the cladding panels are dried out, protecting the entire building from the elements. Paperstone Rainscreen Cladding has enhanced weatherability and UV/Color Stability. Neither sun, rain, hail nor moisture have any effect on the panel’s surface. PaperStone Rainscreen is constructed using 100% recycled post-consumer waste paper bonded together with a Zero VOC water based, non petroleum resin system. Organic pigments are mixed into the bio-resin system to ensure maximum color uniformity and UV resistance. Rainscreen panels can be easily cut and drilled on the job site, using carbide tip wood working tools.
Sizing : Standard panel thickness is 3/8”and comes in 4’ X 8’& 10’ lengths. Other non-standard sizes are available on special order.
Standard size panel format needs to be cut to size, drilled and edge sealed before installing.
Ready to Install System includes pre-cut and pre-drilled panels, a galvanized rain screen mounting system and installation drawings.
